Other plates bought from different companies do not have these obvious cosmetic defects. Overall, these plates exhibit the kind of quality one would expect from Ivanko. It should be noted that the pair ordered had slightly smaller diameter holes than the rest of the Ivanko OM plates, indicating potential variations in manufacturing tolerances. The sand-cast front sides of these plates are rough compared to others, but the heavy paint helps mask these rough surfaces. Despite these cosmetic issues, these plates function well. Some lifters online have reported selling off their Ivanko plates and opting for Rogue iron plates instead.
