Venier Matte Clear Finish is a great protective paint for metal and wood furniture. This water-based acrylic topcoat sealer gives a clear matte paint finish. The clear finish is easy to use, and it provides a protective layer to the painted furniture from getting damaged. However, one of the customers faced the issue where the clear finish turned yellow after drying, and they had to repaint the whole furniture again. It is unclear whether this issue is common or specific to that customer. Other than that, the product received great feedback from another customer who used it to coat a mini wood bridge they built for their garden. The product protected the wood very nicely and did not fade with time. Overall, the Venier Matte Clear Finish is a good product for protecting metal and wood furniture. However, it is advisable to test the product on a small area before using it on the whole furniture to check for any issues.
