It has a small wire connected to the RCAs which can pick up a lot of noise. The potentiometer is Considered to be useless, and the lack of a crossover means that it may only be suitable for use with low-amped components. The device is also very small, with few heat radiating fins, and the power light never goes off once turned on. The lack of documentation and poor packaging are also complaints.
