The top zipper has large teeth and is not smooth to pull shut, giving it a cheap appearance. The hardware is also Considered to be of lower quality. The outside pocket is undivided, causing cords to become tangled. The stiff handles and coarse shoulder strap material are also points of criticism. Additionally, the bag is lacking in weather resistance, with a horizontal seam that could allow water to seep in, and only one pocket inside being faux-fur lined. Overall, the customers feel the quality of the case is not up to par with previous versions of the product, and compared to other brands. While it does fit the 16-inch laptop and provides some convenience, the quality appears to be a disappointment for many.
