The DALY Smart BMS LiFePo4 16S 48V 100A PCB Battery Management System seems to work well with good wiring, and can surge to 70/80 amps. However, the product's weak points start to show when it comes to the balancing of cells, weaknesses in their customer support, fragile Bluetooth and USB dongles, difficulty in unplugging the UART port, and no LEDs or indicators on the product. Although adequate, the PC GUI looks and acts as if it was written 20 years ago. Concerning customer support, reviewers praised the DALY team's quick response time, but often highlighted the company's poorer response quality. For example, one reviewer had to plead for a week before the support team's response, and even then, the company only offered to replace the product if the buyer paid more money to replace it. Another reviewer found that communication with the support team was poor, and that the support team required pictures of the unit while being worked on but failed to read his description of the problem.
