The product comes with two parts separated by a plastic disk to avoid accidental mixing during transportation. The epoxy reaction is activated by mixing both parts within the container. One of the best features of this product is the green epoxy rubber float. The float has the perfect amount of hardness and flexibility to facilitate key-in and clean-up of epoxy grout into tile joints, and each edge has a different angle of attack to suit different tile types. The grout typically stiffens enough to be unworkable in 60-90 minutes.
