The two stirrups are positioned front and back for easy entry of foot, and the sole is solid, providing a very stable walking experience with good arch support. Despite a wait time for backordered UK size 9, customers love these boots and have worn them for many years. They fit as expected, but are not wide. One customer suggests purchasing a good quality insole to improve the arch support. Customers have worn them in a range of environments from oily concrete to Louisiana swamp land and have never had boots as durable as these.
