BKC Kayak Accessories Editorial Review
The BKC Trolling Motor is a great addition to your kayak if you love fishing or just want to extend your kayaking range. The motor is easy to install and can be attached to the kayak the same way the pedal drive does. A helpful assembly video is also available to guide you through the process. The motor can push the kayak an extended range of approximately 5 miles per hour, which is ideal for leisurely cruises or trolling for fish. For proper assembly, users should follow the recommended precautions to avoid any mishaps. One downside to the trolling motor is that it does not have a kill switch, so there’s no recommended safety measure in case you fall overboard. It is also unfortunate that there's only one size available for compatibility with their PK model.
