However, others complain that when dried, it leaves white stuff on the eyebrows and eyelashes, and the spoolie is made of hard plastic, which is not flexible and scratched their eyelids while trying to use the brush on the tip of the wand. Additionally, the applicator brush pokes the user's eyelids and hurts Constantly, and sometimes the product burns when it gets into the user's eyes. Some users got a rash and experience irritated eyelids, which made it hurt to keep their eyes open. The product didn't work on some customer's eyelashes, or it made their eyelashes fall off, and they wouldn't recommend it or buy it again.
