The 3mirrors Tungsten Electrode Sharpener Grinder Head is an effective tool for TIG welding. It features four interchangeable guide holes for sharpening different diameters of tungsten electrode at angles of 10° to 22.5°. The sharpener is compatible with rotary tools such as Black and Decker, Bosch, Dremel, and Milwaukee, but it doesn't come with a rotary tool. Customers need to purchase tools themselves. The diamond wheel that comes with the package, however, is of mediocre quality and wears down easily. It works better for finishing, rather than coarse grinding. The assembly and replacement of grinding discs when the tool is installed on the rotary tool is a bit difficult. Moreover, some customers have reported that the device creates improper grind marks, which could cause arc instability while welding. Nevertheless, others have praised the product for its ease of use in achieving a Consistent angle on the tungsten electrode every time, giving a nice arc with no irregularities in shape. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful, with one customer receiving a custom setup for free.
