Myths & Legends Editorial Review
The Drowned Woods is a stand-alone fantasy novel written by Emily Lloyd-Jones. The protagonist, Mer, is the last surviving water diviner who was once used by the realm's cruel prince to find the wells of his enemies. However, she’s now in hiding and is rescued by her former handler, Renfrew. He enlists her on a dangerous heist that involves assembling a team to destroy the wellspring, the only thing protecting the prince's land, with untold treasure hidden, and also gives her freedom. The book features a memorable cast of characters who each have their hidden agendas, with the pace moving quickly throughout the novel, which allows for many twists and surprises. The writing is simple, but not stupid, and beautiful, with the author's lyrical and descriptive style making readers feel as if they are alongside the characters. The Drowned Woods is a perfect mixture of part fairytale, part heist novel, and the magic is engaging.

“Quick and easy, from order to delivery, package came with DHL quicker than expected. We are loving the Garmin Pro e-collar, we don't use it for bark control, just training, and for our GSP with high energy, it has changed our lives in how he listens to commands now.”
