Sweethearts Classic Conversation Hearts Valentine's Day Candy is a five-box set, perfect for the season of love. Unfortunately, customers seem to have had a terrible experience with this product. The candy comes in a white powdered form, is often empty and looks like it was returned and left for a while. The expiry dates on the boxes are also concerning, with most of them set to expire in only seven months. The print on the candies is smeared, blotchy, or not in its proper place, and the messages are unreadable. Some candies do not have any messages at all, and many of them have crumbled and lost their perfect heart shape. The flavors are off, and the candy itself is rock hard, possibly due to being so old. Many customers are complaining that it tastes like five-year-old candy and nothing like the Sweethearts they remember. The product is also not eligible for a refund, which has left customers feeling frustrated and angry.
