It has an adjustable head pillow and a lumbar support pad for added comfort. The product comes disassembled but is easy to assemble. The machine has three angles and can be hung completely vertical by removing the pin. It has no preset angles and inverts all the way back, making it unsuitable for sit-ups. The unit is not foldable and requires about 12-14 inches of clearance under the bed for storage. The instructions for assembly can be difficult to understand and can take at least an hour to put together. Some users report play between the metal parts, indicating questionable build quality. One user found that two of the four foam pads were missing, rendering the machine unusable. Another user reported missing bolts and nuts. Nevertheless, the adjustable stops to 20, 40, 60, or 90 degrees, are an important feature, especially for the first time users.
