One major issue is the lack of sufficient tie-down spots. This makes it difficult to secure the inflatable, especially during windy conditions. Customers have expressed frustration in Constantly having to re-secure the inflatable, and some have even resorted to throwing it away after it became covered in snow on their roofs. Another disappointment is the decline in quality compared to previous Gemmy inflatables. Longtime customers have noticed that the once sturdy and durable material has been replaced with a subpar alternative. The Grinch moves slowly and is not as responsive as expected, and the attached dog does not fully inflate. These issues are compounded by the fact that the product is priced at nearly $100, which many feel is overpriced for the small size and underwhelming performance.
