The FAA Chart: VFR Sectional NEW YORK SNY Current Edition is a comprehensive map that covers the northern half of New Jersey, New York city, Long Island, Westchester County, Duchess County and most of New York state. It’s double-sided, with the north and south areas printed on either side of the map. The map measures 52.5 in X 28.5 in and it’s printed at a scale of 1" = 4 statute mi.= 3.5 nautical mi. It is the current edition as of April 36 2028 for 6 months. Many customers were pleased with how quickly the map arrived and that it was the most current edition. The map contains a lot of information, but some customers found the information overwhelming. Some customers were disappointed that the map was double-sided and not a whole map that can be framed. However, others found the map useful for their PPL training.
