This Li-ion battery active equalizer board is good for balancing small packs, and it can identify weak/bad cells. It is important to wire it correctly, as it could catch on fire if not done properly. Additionally, it requires a charge/discharge current to trigger its balancing functions. It does not have a BMS, so it is best used in conjunction with one that has protection functions. The balancing function is a bit slow, and it does not start until cells are 0.1V apart.
