The Canon PIXMA TR4720 is an all-in-one wireless printer that includes an auto document feeder, mobile printing, copy, fax and scanner. According to one user, it is a good product for the money and has very quick wireless setup and printing. Additionally, it can print on cardstock, and is compatible with Windows 11. However, other customers expressed their discontentment with the product, stating that the printer stopped working a month after the warranty expired, it prints everything way off-center, the tiny screen is dark and difficult to read, the machine does not scan double-sided, and it did not come with the full ink cartridges as promised. The lack of helpful customer service from Canon has also contributed to customer dissatisfaction. Many customers also expressed difficulties with using the printer with different operating systems. It appears that while some users have had success with this printer, others have experienced issues and may prefer to look for a different model.
