It features a genuine suede leather outsole for durability and long-lasting, and it is a zero-drop slipper that provides some arch support, but not significantly. According to reviews, most customers found that the slippers ran true to size, and the only reservations were about sizing up for sock-wearing or wider feet. Often, wearers found that the slippers did not conform to their feet straight away, and so a few reported that it felt like they wore their slippers on the wrong feet. But most reviewers who persisted found that the wool later moulded to their feet to fit comfortably. One of the challenges for these slippers were for users with high arches, as they felt the slippers were tight across the top of their feet, but those with permanent nerve damage on their feet reported a comfortable fit with the slipper's wool moulding snugly to their feet. Several of the customers could find slipping a problem if the fit was not right and they could not keep the slipper on, however, most wearers found sueded soles provided a lot of stability and did not slide, even when the slippers were new. Despite some reservations, this slipper is still of high quality and durability, with one customer saying they wear these slippers 24/7, even in bed!
