The Rep Fitness adjustable bench is made of steel, with varying degrees of thickness depending on the part. The bench can support over 1000lbs of weight, making it one of the most durable benches in the market. One aspect that users love about the bench is its low height, which allows users to have their feet flat on the floor, whether they are tall or short. The adjustable bench also offers optimal leg placement in all three positions. The leg pad is also rigidly made to hold users in place for lat pull-downs in a power rack. The Rep Fitness adjustable bench is easy to assemble, and the leg attachment is designed to pivot for optimal leg placement. The bolts used do not loosen up due to the nylon in the nuts, hence providing stability while lifting. The adjustable bench is not designed to be stored upright against a wall, and its wheels prevent it from being stored vertically.
