The Cricut Fabric Grip Mat is a must-have for anyone looking to cut fabric with their Cricut machine. The mat measures 12"x12" and comes in a pack of two, making it easy to have one mat in use while the other is being prepared. The adhesive on the mat provides a secure hold for your fabric, ensuring a precise cut every time. When it comes to removing the fabric from the mat, we recommend using a broad-nosed tweezer or the scraper tool. The mat is not suitable for cutting multiple layers of fabric unless you find a way to make them stick together. The mats may arrive slightly curled but will flatten out under pressure. This mat is compatible with the Cricut Explore machine and Brother scan and cut machines, as long as their mat dimensions are the same. If you plan to cut leather, we recommend using the Green standard grip mat instead as the adhesive on the Fabric Grip Mat may not hold the leather in place. Overall, the Cricut Fabric Grip Mat is an excellent addition to any crafter's toolbox and definitely worth the investment.
