- Our Small Tapioca Pearl Balls are number 20 size Tapioca pearl balls, which are 1/8 inch in diameter. - Tapioca Pudding - 1/2 cup Tapioca Pearl Balls, Small - presoak 1 hour and drain. - Mix Tapioca with 3 cups of whole milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a 2 quart pan on medium high heat. Stir constantly and simmer for 5 minutes, adding 1/2 cup of sugar gradually. - Beat 2 eggs and add into tapioca mix, bringing it to a simmering boil for 3 minutes or more to thicken, stirring constantly. - Cool 15
