The bench is sturdy, made well, easy to assemble and comes with all the required tools. It is multipurpose and affordable compared to other benches reviewed. It can be folded upright when not in use to save space. Although the bench can incline, it does not adjust to decline. The sidepieces on the bench that double as bicep curl handles obstruct the workout a bit, but not too much. The resistance bands are included but are ineffective.
