It can scan checks one at a time and save the file as a JPEG or TIFF image, but it cannot create PDFs or upload directly into Quickbooks. Unfortunately, this scanner is not compatible with Macs, and it does not provide payee name and address in a digital file. A customer asked about its suitability for Wells Fargo, but the manufacturer recommended the user contact their bank to find out. In comparison to another model, the CR-120 is a better machine.
