The kit comes with red springs, and if you prefer blue, you can request them. The push-through bar's height is not adjustable as there are only three holes to fit it. Therefore, if it doesn't fit, you're out of luck. The safety strap or so-called suicide strap is included, but the winding process is time-Consuming and not effortless. Once you install the bar, it's challenging to remove it. Overall, the Balanced Body Push-Through Bar Kit is a reasonable addition to your Pilates Springboard unit. Suppose you don't need to adjust the push-through bar's height or change to blue springs. In that case, it can add extra exercises to your routine with the red springs' medium resistance.
