The temperature range of the machine is 0-80 C (32-176 F). Users can put a lower amount of the product in the tank, even though each tank is meant for 4kgs of chocolate. In terms of user experience, the melting and tempering process can take a long time, so it is suggested to melt the chocolate first; however, once melted and tempered, it can remain in perfect condition for several hours. The product is perfect for ice cream shops and makes Christmas baking with chocolate a breeze. Some customers wished that it came with an owner's manual.
