The fischertechnik Profi Hydraulic Model Building Kit is an amazing kit for building a model with hydraulics simulated via air hoses. It comes with a good instruction manual making it possible to complete the model in a day. Although one of the pistons was slightly leaking, it was fixed by connecting it to a less pressurized part. The kit is stylish, robust, durable, and can be easily replaced. Although it was an exciting building experience for a father and son, the control system did not meet their expectation, and at the end, they were not able to use it for full-on excavation work. There was no guide for filling water in the cylinders, which caused water leakage, and made the excavator move differently from expected.
