Additionally, it is superior to Xymogen's Methyl Protect and does not contain synthetic folate or a flow agent/filler. It is a good prenatal pill supplement due to the inclusion of methylated B-12. However, it is advisable to get a complete list of prenatal supplements as well. The reception of the product is mixed and neutral, as some users did not notice any discernible effects. One user noted it was easy to swallow while another experienced negative side effects like tingling on fingers and toes.
