Customers used the product for making paper flowers but also for creating quilling designs in general. The set proved helpful for beginners, creating sizes really nice with ease of handling. However, despite the set's attractive look, most of the customers complained about the product's durability, breaking off easily, especially the smallest diameter tool. The customers also suggested that the fine-tip tool shouldn't be used on cardstock, reserved for lighter papers.
