It has an adjustable chest strap which is suitable for both men and women. The backpack has two side pockets for water bottles or sunscreen which is handy. The material is waterproof, and it is made with good material. The bag has the following Cons: limited pockets, placement of straps is inconvenient, fraying areas around the sipper, and the backpack does not last with heavy use. So, if you want a backpack for light use, then this is a good option to Consider.
