Typing Instructor Gold is a PC software for learning typing and improving typing skills. It allows for the creation of three separate accounts. The software needs to be installed into the PC and it is only compatible with Windows and not with chrome laptops or Apple computers. The activation key is located on the disk sleeve. If there is an issue with installation or activation, Individual Software can be contacted. There can be two installs of the software. Customers found Typing Instructor Gold to be a satisfactory product with fantastic customer service. The program was recommended by Switched on Schoolhouse for ages eight and up and proved to be user friendly while improving typing skills within six months of use. However, there were complaints from a user who was having trouble installing the software, and another user found that the product didn't work.
