It is compatible with Cisco phone systems and works with several softphone versions of Teams, Zoom, Ring Central, etc. The device works effectively but some users may encounter issues with low battery life which lasts up to 3.5-4 hours, however, a separate battery backup can be purchased for this. Other users experienced difficulties hearing people on the receiving end during some calls, which required switching to a corded headset. Also, some reviewers reported dissatisfaction with the earpiece’s design, finding it uncomfortable and difficult to use.
