The platen swings freely, providing even pressure over the whole contact surface. The press is compact in size, making it perfect for small art studios or home use. However, the small size makes it difficult to print on larger paper sizes, and the pressure provided by the press is not strong enough for some artists, resulting in low-quality prints. Some customers received the press bent or broken during shipping, and it is necessary to check the spacers and the bolts before use. The welding of the press could also be improved to prevent breakage during shipping. Despite some negative reviews about quality, some customers rated this press as a good value for the price.
