Fisher Ballpoint Pens AG7-50 Editorial Review
The Apollo 11 Special Edition 50th Anniversary Astronaut Pen from Fisher Space Pens is a beautiful and functional pen that pays homage to the iconic moon landing. With its intricate engravings of stars, planets, the Apollo command and service module, and the Apollo 11 inscription, this pen is a memento that captures the spirit of this historic event. One standout feature of this pen is its use of a Fisher Space Pen pressurized refill, which allows it to write in all types of environments, including upside-down and in water. Customers have attested to the reliability and durability of Fisher Space Pens, with some even using Fisher refills in other pen brands. While the pen itself receives high praise for its quality and functionality, there are some minor concerns raised by customers. Some users find the pen to be slippery and require a firm grip to prevent it from sliding. Additionally, a few customers note that the spring mechanism for retracting the pen is not as snappy as they would prefer. In terms of packaging, the pen comes with a plastic case, which some customers find sufficient and practical. However, others comment that the engraving on the special edition pen feels bumpy and looks cheap compared to the non-engraved original version. Overall, the Apollo 11 Special Edition 50th Anniversary Astronaut Pen is a commendable choice for space enthusiasts who not only appreciate the practicality of a Fisher Space Pen but also desire a meaningful keepsake that commemorates the historic moon landing.
