The straps work and break in very well, and the velcro strap has a lot of adjustment on it, making it suitable for different-sized wrists. Though some customers found that these straps are not suitable as wrist wraps, they are very effective for lifting. Overall, customers have had a positive experience using these lifting straps to improve grip and lift more weight. Some customers have used these straps for deadlifts and have seen a significant improvement in their workout routine. However, some customers found that the rubber straps are hard to tighten when wrapped around dumbbells, and the clasp can hurt the wrist. One customer mentioned that the product offers no wrist protection/padding, and their wrists were always cut up after using them.
