The microphone is compatible with any standard mic stand and has a standard 3 pin XLR mic cord, but does not have an on-off switch. It can be used with an XLR adapter to connect to a Bluetooth speaker, but a separate power source is required for the lights. In terms of performance, customers who have tested it live found that it picks up voice very well but is sensitive to jarring. It works well for a combination of singing and screaming but does not distort scream by cupping. The phantom power activates the lights, and buyers can choose between blue, white, or red colors.
