The product is designed for servicing u-joints with bearing cups 1.25" to 1.7" O.D. and has a 1/2" drive. It has been used successfully on a variety of vehicles including a 1999 Ford F350 front axle outer u joint, a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 and a Dodge 3500 with dana 80 rear end. However, one customer did purchase it for their GMC 1500 and found it was too big. Tigertools offers a replacement forcing screw with the customer only needing to pay for shipping.
