DIRECTV Receivers HR44 Editorial Review
The DIRECTV HR44 Genie Server is a powerful HD receiver that offers a range of features. With a 1TB disk, users can store a large amount of content and have the option to add an external disk unit for additional storage. The server is 4K ready and will receive a software update in 2016 to support 4K content. It can be used with mini genies and requires a SWM on the DIRECTV dish. The setup process is straightforward, and customers have praised its ease of use. Activation can be done by contacting DIRECTV/ATT. However, some customers have experienced issues with activation, with DIRECTV attempting to extend their contract for 2 years. Others have received leased devices that were previously active on someone else's account. It is important to note that this device is leased from DIRECTV and must be returned if the service is canceled. Overall, the DIRECTV HR44 Genie Server is a reliable and powerful receiver, but potential buyers should be aware of the activation process and lease terms.

“I bought Huckberry Flint & Tinder blazer at Ubuy. My request for a return was rejected at first but later I received an apology message willing to resolve the matter without placing any burden on me. I really appreciate their resolution. The blazer was collected yesterday by DHL couriers on behalf of Ubuy. They can only do a refund and not offer a bigger size as i expected, but i am fine with that too. ”
