They noted concern about the ability to support weight based on only two mounting screws and remedied this by drilling additional holes and mounting metal brackets. Another customer found the product arrived late, and found the size to be too small. However, another customer found the product easy to assemble and that it provided easy access to screws and various items kept in the bins. One customer received one of the 21 bins broken, finding the notch where the bin pulls out to be shaved, making it fall out when pulled.
