According to the FAQ, the Gokart is CARB complaint and approved for California. However, one needs to contact Smart Deals Now at 469-209-8740 for further information on shipping to California. The overall width measurement includes tires and the chair to pedal distance (leg length) is 3 feet. Customers have mixed reviews about the product. Some are happy with their purchase, claiming that it is sturdy and well-built and their kids love riding it. They found it easy to assemble too. Whereas some found it to be made for children and not adults, and the pedals are too close to one another for their comfort. Also, the karts come with no instructions, and the videos are outdated. A few customers found the hardware to be missing and the fuel lines to be impossible to connect. They were unhappy with the support service, and the company charged them extra for freight charges to exchange the product.
