The Swad Gluten-Free Atta is a mixed bag based on customer reviews. While some have been able to make a semi-firm dough and roll out chapatis or rotis with it, others have found it disintegrates while kneading and needs to be mixed with regular wheat or all-purpose flour to work. The customers who have used Rotimatic machines have had a better experience making chapatis than those who tried to make them manually. While the flour has a strange smell, it tastes good once cooked. Many customers are dissuaded by the high price of this product in comparison to the market. However, some others have been sticking to this atta for a year because of its nutrition content but using it with namaste all-purpose gf flour in the ratio of 2:1 for better Consistency. The plastic packaging is criticised for being thick, which is not good for the environment.
