The product is a grass seed and clover mixture with 85% Tall Fescue Blend and 10% 4N Perennial suitable for sun and light shade. The clover to grass ratio is at about 25%. Customers have achieved mixed results with the product. Some found it worked well and filled in patches. However, others found it did not grow at all even after following the directions. Although some have stated clovers grew, it did not cover the patches, and others will not repurchase the product. One customer will come back to update and is excited to make their yard pollinator-friendly. The product may be suitable for Florida but not for the New England region. The roots are not any deeper than a normal grass, and it is safe to use for septic systems. Store in a cool dark place, and the seed may not be viable for more than a year.
