This editorial review covers Precious Cat Classic Premium Clumping Cat Litter. According to customer feedback, the litter is made of natural clay mined in the Rocky Mountains and has small granular particles with great absorbency, which cats liked. Classic has much less dust than ultra, which makes it track less but does not clump as solid as ultra. The scent of ultra could mix with cat urine, making it produce a bad smell. However, if the litter mixed with washed activated charcoal or was used unscented, there was no unbearable odor. Some customers preferred the classic, and some thought it was the worst litter they ever used. The litter clumps well, but it becomes hardened like cement, especially in the litter box corners, making it difficult to clean. Still, some customers found it to clump nicely without sticking to the bottom or sides of the box. The packaging comes in a 40 lb. bag, and some customers found it difficult to pour due to its weight. Some felt the litter could go through the bag quicker than some others, but it was of great value for its cost.
