The Real Flame 8011E-CO Callaway 8011E Grand Electric Fireplace in Chestnut Oak is an impressive and beautiful fireplace. It has a display with a very nice flame that can be turned on without running the heater, which creates a nice ambiance. Its dimensions are 48 inches high, 60 inches wide and 17 inches deep, with a center piece of 56 inches. Any TV can be put on top of it or mounted to the wall above it. Although there were some workmanship issues noticed by some customers, Real Flame's customer service was noted as being very responsive and stellar. The problem was resolved effectively, however, it should be kept in mind that the unit comes in three packages that often get separated in transit. The fireplace is durable and heavy, and it was easy to assemble. Its major setback, however, is its price, which is the highest when compared to some other electric fireplaces.
