The CRAFTSMAN V20 Pole Saw, 14-Foot, Cordless CMCCSP20M1 includes a charger, but does not come with bar oil. It can handle palm tree branches that aren't more than 3" thick, and the chain can be sharpened. The total length when assembled is 14 ft, but it could be a safety hazard when wobbling. This saw is extremely easy to use and can cut multiple branches with ease. It is a solid tool for what it is and can handle limbs the size of your arm pretty easily. However, the poles are plastic and flimsy, and the saw struggled to cut through a 1/8" branch. The tool wobbles, making it harder to maneuver.
