Donald Fagen Format: Audio CD Album-Oriented Rock (AOR) 2015749 Editorial Review
The Nightfly vinyl record is highly recommended by a happy customer who praises the mastering and recording quality. The sound stage and separation immerses the listener into the vocals and instrumentals. A CD version is also available, but one customer warns of issues with cracked cases during shipping. Another customer suggests purchasing the CD instead of the multi-channel SACD for the same resolution. The album features most great songs except for Walk Between Raindrops, and the fidelity is unsurprisingly impressive. Overall, The Nightfly is a classic album that sounds as it should and is worth purchasing.
