However, it is hard to see the laser in bright rooms, and outside, the laser does not show up at all. The self-leveling capabilities are outstanding, and the mounting bracket is nice, but you'll need a tripod for maximum use. Some customers received damaged or non-functional units, and the return process was not satisfactory for everyone.
