Star Trek: Enterprise - Season One (Blu-ray) is a well-written and addictive TV series. The series explores new planets and species, adding surprises along the way. The first season, however, starts off slow with a bumpy start, with Captain Archer showcasing an ability to overcome obstacles. The disc packaging is better than most series, and the Blu-ray discs contain some behind the scenes features for insight into the making of the series. Despite being the prequel to TOS, the technology is of its production time. The show's struggles without the technology and Archer's difficult decisions are well portrayed.
