The eyeliner is retractable, so there is no need for sharpening. It is a mechanical pencil that is made in Germany. Customers appreciate that it is smooth, and it lasts all day. Many users also find that it doesn't cause any allergic reactions. However, one reviewer found that after a few months the pencils have dried out and became unusable. The tip of the smudger also broke off. The product is reasonably priced and comes hygienically sealed.
