Overall, the JARMOR Replacement Memory Foam & Mesh Fabric Ear Cushion Pads Cover for Apple AirPods Max Headphone is a decent replacement Considering the affordable price. However, it is important to note that these definitely do NOT provide the same level of noise cancellation as the original ones. Customers have noticed a loss of about 75% to 85% of noise cancellation compared to the OEM ear cuffs. Additionally, the foam used is close, but not quite as good as the OEM foam. Customers have noticed a softness to the OEM that is missing from this foam. On the positive side, the pads are comfortable to wear, and no any issues to wear it for a couple of hours. The fit is right on the money, the magnets hold just fine, and there isn't really that same chemical stank you get when you first opened the OEM cushions.
