Building Sets Editorial Review
The LEGO City 60216 set comes with nine bags marked from 1 to 9 plus an unmarked bag with bigger pieces. It is recommended for ages 6+. The set includes two female firefighters and a female Construction worker. The fire truck ladder does not extend but it does measure 15 inches long and has a working light and sound brick and extending stabilizers. The string on the crane may be difficult to function for some users. One customer found that the set was disappointing because multiple parts on the fire truck fell apart easily, and some of the instructions were hard to understand. However, another customer thought that the set was a great gift for kids who love building, and was easy to reset and play again. One customer received a severely damaged package with ruined directions, but most customers did not have issues with packaging or delivery. Overall, customers who received undamaged packages and did not have issues with parts falling apart found the LEGO City 60216 set to be a great value and easy to build and play with.
